These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the bajkk platform and its user ("you" or "member"). By accessing, registering on, or using any service on bajkk.cam, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

bajkk is an online betting and casino entertainment platform operated for mobile users in Bangladesh. These Terms always apply together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines.

The name, date of birth, address, and payment details provided at registration must be accurate and truthful. Providing incorrect or false information may result in bajkk cancelling account verification and withholding funds.

• Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback

VIP tier is determined based on user activity and overall participation. Cashback is credited as withdrawable funds.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses may only be usable on specific games or categories.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully met.
• Expired bonuses will be automatically cancelled.
• bajkk may change or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

6.1 General Gaming Rules

All games available on bajkk are operated by third-party providers. Each game has its own rules, which can be viewed before the game starts.

• If a bet is cancelled due to a technical issue during a game, the deposited amount will be refunded.
• The outcome of a bet that has already been settled cannot be changed.
• bajkk reserves the right to cancel bets if suspicious betting patterns are detected.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on cricket, football, and other sports:

• Betting will close before the match starts or within the designated time.
• In live betting, odds may change at any time.
• If a match is abandoned, the bet will be considered void and funds will be refunded.

Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.

• Money laundering or suspicious financial transactions.

• Viewing content for personal, non-commercial purposes is permitted.
• Scraping or mirroring any part of the website is prohibited.
• Content from third-party game providers is subject to their own licences.

bajkk accepts no liability in the following cases:

• Loss caused by technical errors, server downtime, or internet connection issues.
• Loss caused by the user's own negligence or by third parties.
• Financial loss from game outcomes — gaming always carries risk.
• Unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) such as natural disasters or government restrictions.

In any situation, bajkk's maximum liability is limited to the amount deposited in that specific transaction.

10.1 Closure by bajkk

bajkk may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Being identified as an underage user.
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).
• Legal or regulatory requirements.

10.2 Closure by User

You can voluntarily close your account at any time. In that case:
